Every day we gather at 9:00 and
start making our pasta dough.
When that bunch of is over we
repeat the 
process for as many
times as needed making sure you
will enjoy really fresh pasta!

Cretan olive oil of the best quality,
fresh local eggs and the best semolina
flour are the ingredients we combine to
make our dough.
Plus our love and passion for top quality,
tasty and healthy food.

Our chef Kostas searches
constantly the Cretan and Canean
market for the best quality fresh
ingredients.
If a product does not meet our
standards we simply skip it and
search a bit more 
until we find
the really best!
